Information is added to the PHR each time a lab, medical or pharmacy claim is filed. This information is retrieved from processed claims and loaded to the PHR usually within 24 hours.

Keep in mind, the PHR is a combination of information received from claims as well as information entered by the user. The examples given in this documentation may not display on every patient’s PHR.
