To view detailed information, click a visit.

The visit details may display additional information such as:

• Diagnoses
• Procedures
• Referring Provider

To collapse the visit details click close.

Additional capabilities also include:

• View All (displays the last 12 months of inpatient/hospital visit information on the Visits page)
• Notes (ability to add a comment relating to the visit)
• Hide/Show (hide or show the visit)
• Dispute (ability to dispute the visit)

If no data exists, the PHR displays “No visits have been identified for this patient.”
