The Patient Search page provides the ability to search for patients. Enter the Policy/Member ID, Last Name, First Name, and/or Date of Birth (DOB). The Policy ID/Member ID or Last Name is required. Enter the available information and Click Search.

Click the patient to view the Authorization page.

If the patient has decided to opt out, the Access Not Allowed page displays.
