The Authorization page displays the first time a provider tries to view a patient’s PHR. Once the appropriate permission is selected, the PHR system remembers the selection and will not ask for authorization the next time the patient’s PHR is viewed.

Choose the appropriate permission and click continue.

The Health Summary page displays.
