Providers can only remove documents or images that they have previously loaded. To remove a document or image click delete. Documents or images loaded by the patient can only be viewed.

A message displays asking if you are sure you want to delete the record. Click OK.

A message displays stating the document or image is successfully deleted. The list updates and displays by date.
