Notes can be added to a particular visit. Expand visit details. Click Notes.

The Notes displays in a separate window. Previously added comments will display. Click Add.

Enter the information and click create.

A message displays stating the note is successfully created. The note, created date, and created by is recorded. Update and delete buttons are also available in the event the note needs to be changed or removed. To close the window click close.
