Hide Entire Visit

Entire visits can be hidden from the Procedure page. To hide the entire visit, expand visit details and click hide.

A separate window displays providing one choice – hide the visit from providers. Click submit.

The window closes and a message displays stating the visit is successfully hidden. The visit displays in purple font and is hidden from providers.

Hide Single Procedure

Single procedures can be hidden from the Procedure page. To hide a single procedure, expand visit details and click the individual lock.

A separate window displays providing two options – hide only this particular instance of the diagnosis or procedure or hide all instances of the diagnosis or procedure. Make a selection and click submit.

The window closes and a message displays stating the procedure is successfully hidden. The single procedure displays in purple font and is hidden from providers.
