Notes can be added to a particular medication. Expand the medication details. Click Notes.

The Notes window displays in a separate window. Click Add.

Enter the information and click create.

A message displays stating the note is successfully created. The note, created date, and created by is recorded. Update and delete buttons are also available in the event the note needs to be changed or removed. To close the window click close.
