Show Entire Visit

Entire visits can be shown from the Lab/Radiology page.To show the entire visit, expand visit details and click show.

A separate window displays providing one choice – show the visit to providers. Click submit.

The window closes and a message displays stating the visit is successfully shown. The visit displays in black font and is shown to providers.

Show Single Diagnosis or Procedure

A single Diagnosis or procedure can be shown from the Lab/Radiology page.To show a diagnosis or procedure, expand visit details and click the individual lock.

A separate window displays providing two options – show only this particular instance of the diagnosis or procedure or show all instances of the diagnosis or procedure. Make a selection and click submit.

The window closes and a message displays stating the procedure is successfully shown. The single procedure displays in black font and is shown to providers.
