Hide Entire Visit

Entire visits can be hidden from the Lab/Radiology page. To hide the entire visit, expand visit details and click hide.

A separate window displays providing one choice – hide the visit from providers. Click submit.

The window closes and a message displays stating the visit is successfully hidden. The visit displays in purple font and is hidden from providers.

Hide Single Diagnosis or Procedure

A single Diagnosis or procedure can be hidden from the Lab/Radiology page.To hide a diagnosis or procedure, expand visit details and click the individual lock.

A separate window displays providing two options – hide only this particular instance of the diagnosis or procedure or hide all instances of the diagnosis or procedure. Make a selection and click submit.

The window closes and a message displays stating the procedure is successfully hidden. The single procedure displays in purple font and is hidden from providers.
