Treatment Opportunities are calculated based on claims data available in the patient's PHR. This information is designed to assist the physician in making informed decisions about a patient's health care. Please keep in mind that although every effort is made to acquire complete and accurate claims data, not all of the patient's claim information may be available on the PHR.
