The Health Tracker page is comprised of three tabs - Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure and Height/Weight. Each of these tabs can only be updated by the patient.
Select a link from the navigation menu on the left for more information.

The Blood Sugar tab enables the patient to add and track blood sugar information. This tab displays as the default page. |

The Blood Pressure tab enables the patient to add and track blood pressure information. |

The Height/Weight tab enables the patient to add and track height and weight information. |
