The Patient Profile page contains information such as name, address, and date of birth. This page also includes additional patient information, insurance information, emergency contact information, and advanced directives. Chronic conditions and risk factors may also appear.

All fields on the Patient Profile page can be updated with the exception of name, address, date of birth, and system-generated insurance information.

Additional capabilities include:

• Save (saves all changes made to the Personal Profile page)
• Cancel (cancels all changes and returns to the Health Summary page)
