The Activity Log tracks patient or provider activity within the PHR.
The provider activity section displays the date, time and the provider that accessed the patient’s PHR.
The PHR Activity section lists all other activity by displaying the following information:
- Date/Time
- User
- Category
- Action
- ID
- Message
